Edelweiss Mutual Fund has announced the appointment of Kedar Karnik as its Senior Fund Manager – Fixed Income. Kedar is a seasoned professional with over 19 years of valuable experience in managing fixed-income portfolios, credit analysis and dealing. In this role, Kedar will report to Dhawal Dalal, President & CIO – Fixed Income, and will support the continued expansion and strengthening of the firm’s fixed-income investment franchise.

Before joining Edelweiss, Kedar worked with mutual fund houses such as DSP, Axis and HSBC, and was also associated with CRISIL Ltd. He earned his MMS from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and holds CFA, FRM and CQF certifications.
